Dell Latitude Freezing and ATT, Sprint, Verizon Mobile Cards

Do you own a Dell Latitude D630 and find your laptop just freezes? No blue screen, no log file nothing to help troubleshoot the issue? We’ll it turns out that the integrated wireless in your Dell Latitude is the cause of the problem. If you’re using an ATT, Sprint or Verizon PCMCIA wireless card and find you’re facing these issues then the temporary workaround is to disable the integrated wireless in the bios prior to booting up. It appears that bios revision A09 resolves this issue, we’re testing this now. In the meantime if that bios update does resolve the issue then below is ATT’s workaround.
Here’s the link to this KB on ATT’s website.
