SMB Thoughts by Brian Williams

This past two weeks I’ve come across two minor Outlook 2003 issues; setting up a secondary Outlook profile then getting Outlook to prompt for that second profile, the second issue a user with a basic POP3/SMTP Outlook profile that would not allow clearing of an outbound message.
Both systems XP SP2 with Office 2003 SP3.
